Chicken Wings with Ginger Pepper

Ingedients:
2 dozen Chicken Wings
juice of 1 lemon
1/2
cup soy sauce
1
teaspoon garlic granules or powder

Method
1.
Cut 2 dozen chicken wings into sections, discarding tips (or
save for stock). You can also purchase frozen Party”
chicken wings already sectioned. In a small bowl, mix the
juice of lemon, 1/2 cup soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon garlic granules
or powder. Set aside.

Bake chicken wing parts on cookie sheets at 375° degrees
for 25 minutes. Take out and brush the sauce mixture on chicken.
Then generously sprinkle with Cedar Rock Ginger Pepper and
return to the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with chopped
parsley and fresh lemon juice.
